Due to the nature of natural crystals and minerals, all sales are final except in cases of damage, defect or incorrect item shipment.
We do not offer change-of-mind returns.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt.
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong piece, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at crystalgallery@kushrox.com.au with photographic evidence.
We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable resolution, which may include repair, replacement or refund where applicable.
Exceptions
Custom orders and commissioned pieces are non-returnable.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Due to the natural origin of our pieces, minor variations in colour, texture, formation or structure are not considered defects.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process the refund.
