Making a Claim

In the unlikely event that your specimen arrives damaged or lost:

1. Contact us by clicking here within 48 hours of delivery if your order was lost, damages or stolen during delivery to start a claim.

2. Provide photos of the packaging and specimen

3. We will initiate an insurance claim or arrange a replacement specimen

4. Claims are resolved quickly and professionally
